The scheme pays a total of $9,000 to every eligible Self-Employed Person (SEP) over a period of nine months; the enhancement brought the total number of auto qualifying SEPs from 88,000 to around 100,000.
A total of $88 million will now be available to support our SEPs to go for training. Leveraging the Government's SEP Training Support Scheme and co-funded by the Government and NTUC, SEPs can now earn as they train.
